How would you describe your teaching style? I started teaching in Seattle Public Schools in 2006. I work with students in classes like "Life on Earth", "Environmental Justice", and "Earthology", as well as committees like "Planet Nova", to explore how the Earth lives and how best to work for justice. Secondary Science Education, Teachers College, Columbia University I have also spent time in the shipyards of the PNW and California, building and repairing both commercial and cargo carrying vessels as well as combatant ships for the US Navy.
